1. General

By purchasing from Skinbo Drumsticks (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in NZD and include GST where applicable.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of order via the approved checkout methods.

• We reserve the right to update pricing and shipping rates at any time.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard and Rural shipping rates apply as listed at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct Rural Shipping option if applicable. Orders will not be dispatched until the correct postage has been paid.

• Estimated delivery times are indicative only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or courier companies.

4. Returns & Refunds

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted unless required by New Zealand consumer law.

• Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Product Disclaimer – Wooden Drumsticks

• Drumsticks are made from natural wood, which means slight variations in colour, weight, and durability are normal.

• Breakage is an unavoidable part of drumming. We do not guarantee against breakage, dents, or wear, even if it occurs shortly after purchase.

• Customers acknowledge this risk when purchasing and accept that we are not liable for early breakage.

6. Limited & Tour Edition Products

• Drumsticks purchased at live shows, on tour, or as limited/signed editions are sold as is and are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement under any circumstances.

• Collectible or signed sticks are intended for display purposes and may not be suitable for playing use.

7. Resale & Wholesale

• Products purchased from the Skinbo Drumsticks online store are for personal use only.

• Reselling, distributing, or supplying our products to third parties (including retail stores, online marketplaces, or other platforms) without written consent from Skinbo Drumsticks is strictly prohibited.

• Any wholesale or retail supply arrangements must be made directly with Skinbo Drumsticks under a separate written agreement.

8. Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

• Customers accept all risk associated with drumming and the use of wooden sticks.

9. Rural Shipping Policy

All rural customers must select the Rural Shipping option at checkout. Orders placed without selecting the correct rural option will not be dispatched until the correct shipping fee has been paid. Skinbo reserves the right to request additional payment for rural delivery if the incorrect option is selected.
